We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. If you wish to receive your order using Fast delivery, method for your orders you must place order before 1pm.

We process orders Monday through to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Fast delivery orders received after Friday 1pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

Return & Refund Policy
We provide returns on all our items within 14 days of purchase, this includes despatch and delivery time. Items/ item are entitled to refund if only in the original packaging i.e if packaging is tampered with or removed the return is not valid. Returns are subject to valid reasoning, we are happy to refund any item so long as the item has not be used and not removed from packaging. Fragrance that arrive in gift bags and parcel wrapped will not be eligible for a refund unless they are in original condition this is due to hygiene purposes and restrictions due to COVID 19,of item/items before pursuing any refunds we will request images Please
